Sometimes, big changes in life can challenge our usual coping strategies. It is not unusual to feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed and at times, you might even find yourself behaving in ways that are not in alignment with your highest values. These feelings and behaviors, while understandable, might be impacting your work or personal life.
If you are willing and engaged in the work, I will assist you in exploring, making discoveries and integrating new ways of living life and being in relationship with yourself and others through the life transitions. Part of the work will be identifying your values and developing an understanding of how to live authentically through the changes.
In therapy we will work collaboratively to explore the areas that are troublesome for you and develop skills to increase your understanding and choice. The work in therapy often leads to a more balanced experience in one’s daily life and relationships.
